Land Surveyor

The Land Surveyor will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine property boundaries, prepare maps, and provide data for construction, engineering, and land development projects. The role requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and proficiency in surveying equipment and software.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Conduct land surveys using GPS, total stations, levels, and other surveying instruments.
  • Establish legal property boundaries and prepare survey reports, drawings, and maps.
  • Verify accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations.
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to provide accurate survey information.
  • Maintain survey equipment, tools, and records.
  • Perform topographic, boundary, as-built, and construction layout surveys.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and project specifications.
  • Prepare and submit survey reports, charts, and legal documentation.


Requirements / Qualifications:


  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Geomatics, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Land Surveyor (construction, infrastructure, or real estate projects preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of surveying methods, GPS, and CAD software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar).
  • Proficiency in using total station, GPS, and leveling instruments.
  • Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Valid UAE driving license (preferred for site-based roles)
