Landscape Crew Member

ClearCut Landscape & Excavation is a locally owned, family-operated company proudly serving Fayetteville and surrounding areas. We are growing and looking to add a dependable, hardworking Landscape Crew Member to our team.

This position involves assisting with daily landscaping and excavation tasks on residential and commercial job sites. We are looking for someone who is punctual, reliable, and ready to work as part of a team that takes pride in quality results.

Responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with landscape installations (mulch, plants, sod, walkways, fire pits, etc.)
• Basic lawn needs: Zero Turn Mower, Weed eating and Edging.
• Site prep and grading
• Loading/unloading materials and tools
• Maintaining clean and safe job sites
• Supporting the crew leader with daily tasks

Requirements:

• Must be dependable and on time
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Experience in landscaping or construction is a plus
