JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Landscaper at JJ Property Maintenance, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the appearance of residential and commercial properties. This includes pruning shrubs, planting, mulching, weeding, and general clean-ups. You’ll often be working solo, so confidence in your skills and the ability to manage your own time and workflow is a must.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong experience with pruning techniques
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to work in all weather conditions, including working in the hot sun, rain, and cold.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision, in a safe manner, and at a consistent pace, while following company policies and procedures.
• Punctual, dependable, and respectful with strong attention to detail
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude
• Performance based motivation
