Landscaping Crew Member

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and possess skills in various landscaping tasks. This role involves maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces, ensuring they are both aesthetically pleasing and functional. The Landscape Laborer will work under the guidance of experienced landscapers to perform a variety of tasks that contribute to the overall health and beauty of gardens, lawns, and other green areas.

Duties

• Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns
• Assist with hardscape installations such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls
• Dig holes for planting trees, shrubs, and flowers
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas by removing debris and waste materials
• Assist in planting flowers, shrubs, and trees according to design specifications
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively

Qualifications

• Previous experience in landscape maintenance or related fields is required.
• Familiarity with groundskeeping tasks.
• Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely (training may be provided)
• Strong physical stamina to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions
• Attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to drive trucks and trailer experience preferred.
• Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to follow instructions from supervisors

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
