Lead Digital Marketing Manager

Job Summary:

Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that drives qualified leads, enhances online visibility, and supports overall business growth. This role demands a strategic thinker with hands-on expertise in lead generation, SEO, social media marketing, content strategy, paid campaigns, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies to drive high-quality leads across digital channels.
  • Manage and optimize lead nurturing workflows and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.).
  • Collaborate with sales and business development teams to align campaigns with revenue goals.

SEO (Search Engine Optimization):

  • Oversee on-page and off-page SEO efforts to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits.
  • Work closely with content writers to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.

Social Media Marketing:

  • Develop and implement a social media strategy that enhances brand awareness and audience engagement.
  • Manage content calendars and publish engaging posts across LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Monitor social media trends and analytics to inform ongoing strategies.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Track, measure, and report on KPIs for all digital marketing activities using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, and others.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance and ROI.

Team Collaboration & Management:

  • Lead and mentor a small team of digital marketing professionals (if applicable).
  • Manage agency relationships and third-party service providers.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and Design.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within a B2B software or tech company.
  • Proven track record of successful lead generation and digital campaign execution.
  • Strong expertise in SEO, social media, email marketing, and digital advertising (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
  • Proficiency in marketing tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Meta Business Suite, etc.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and tech.
