Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers.
• Identify qualified leads and gather accurate customer information.
• Maintain a professional and persuasive communication style.
• Record customer details and update the CRM system daily.
• Work closely with the sales team to support conversions.
• Achieve monthly targets and maintain quality standards.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Basic understanding of computers and internet usage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
