Lead Generation Associate (Morning Shift)

We are looking for an efficient Cold Caller (Lead Generation Associate), to join our team and grow in Global Tech world.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential and existing clients.
• Use lead generation tools and databases to identify and qualify prospects.
• Schedule meetings and follow-ups for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate call logs, lead details, and schedules using CRM software or spreadsheets.
• Meet daily and weekly targets for calls and meetings.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely follow-ups on leads.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Fluent English speaker with clear and confident verbal communication.
• Fresh Graduates are strongly encouraged to apply, especially those aiming to begin their careers in the global tech industry.
• 1–2 years of cold calling or outbound sales experience (preferred but not mandatory).
• Familiarity with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and lead generation tools.
• Strong work ethic, professionalism, and eagerness to learn.

Location: Gulshan Iqbal, Karachi.
Timings: 11 AM - 8 PM (Full Time/Onsite)

Job Types: Full-time, Internship, Fresher

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
