Lead Generation & Cold Calling Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and confident Cold Calling Sales Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, generating leads, and closing sales through outbound calls.

You should have strong communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to handle objections effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients (cold calling)
• Introduce company services/products professionally
• Generate and qualify leads
• Close sales and meet daily/weekly targets
• Maintain records of calls and customer interactions
• Follow up with interested prospects
• Handle objections and convert leads into customers

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in cold calling or sales
• Strong English communication skills (spoken)
• Confidence and persuasive skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus
• Good listening and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills:

• 7 to 4 am night shift
• Experience in international campaigns (USA/UK)
• Sales closing experience
• Telemarketing background
