Job Title: Lead Generation & Content Creation Specialist – Real Estate

Location: Business Bay, Dubai

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Lead Generation & Content Creation Specialist with experience in the real estate sector. This role combines performance marketing and content strategy, where the candidate will be responsible for generating high-quality leads while creating engaging content to attract potential buyers, tenants, and investors.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation:

• Identify and target potential buyers, tenants, and investors
• Generate leads through:
• Social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
• Property portals (e.g., Bayut, Property Finder)
• Email campaigns and cold outreach
• Qualify leads based on budget, interest, and readiness
• Maintain and update CRM systems with lead status and follow-ups
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover
• Track, analyze, and report on lead generation performance

Content Creation:

• Create engaging and high-quality real estate content including:
• Social media posts, reels, and captions
• Property listings and descriptions
• Email marketing content
• Develop content strategies to increase engagement and lead conversion
• Manage and optimize social media pages for consistent branding
• Stay updated with market trends, audience behavior, and competitor content
• Collaborate with designers/videographers (if applicable)

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in real estate lead generation and/or content creation
• Strong understanding of digital marketing & social media platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with CRM tools and marketing tools
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive

Preferred Skills (Bonus):

• Experience in paid ads (Meta, Google Ads)
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
