Lead Generation Executive

We’re looking for a Fresh Business Developmer who is passionate about outreach, client engagement, and growing a career in business development. This role is perfect for someone with a confident personality, strong communication skills, and the drive to create new opportunities.

What you'll do:

  • Reach out to potential clients through LinkedIn, email, and other channels
  • Research target brands, industries, and decision-makers to craft personalised outreach
  • Maintain CRM records and track follow-ups with prospects
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating introductory calls with leads
  • Support in drafting outreach templates, proposals, and sales materials
  • Collaborate with the internal team to align messaging with company services
  • Nurture relationships with leads for long-term opportunities

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree (BSCS, BSIT, Software Engineering, BBA, or related field)
  • Fresh graduate or up to 6 months of experience in business development, client coordination, or sales
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Confident, proactive, and able to handle outreach rejections professionally
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, email outreach tools, or CRM software (a plus, not required)
