Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to identify, qualify, and build a strong pipeline of potential clients for our business. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience using modern lead generation tools, data scraping techniques, and CRM systems, with a strong focus on data accuracy, efficiency, and B2B outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential business leads through LinkedIn, company websites, and online directories.
  • Use tools such as Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Hunter.io, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to collect and verify contact information.
  • Ensure all leads are accurate, up to date, and relevant to the company’s target audience.
  • Maintain and regularly update lead records using Google Sheets or CRM software.
  • Classify leads based on industry, job title, location, and other relevant factors.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead quality and qualification criteria.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed lead generation targets on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Uphold a high standard of data accuracy and remove duplicate entries when necessary.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of proven experience in B2B lead generation.
  • Strong command of tools like Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hunter.io, and ZoomInfo.
  • Experience with data scraping tools (such as Instant Data Scraper or Skrapp.io).
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot.
  • In-depth understanding of lead qualification, segmentation, and targeting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in B2B SaaS or digital marketing agencies.
  • Knowledge of email marketing and outreach campaigns.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
