Timings: 08:00 PM – 05:00 AM (Night Shift)
Working Days: Monday to Friday

Job Description (JD):

We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• Researching and identifying potential leads through online platforms (LinkedIn, Upwork, Clutch, etc.).
• Building and maintaining lead databases.
• Reaching out via email, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
• Qualifying prospects and scheduling appointments for the sales team.
• Working closely with the Business Development team to ensure a smooth sales pipeline.
• Maintaining accurate records of leads, opportunities, and activities in CRM.

Skills & Requirements:

Proven experience as a Lead Generation Specialist or similar role.
Strong knowledge of lead generation tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Hunter, ZoomInfo, etc.).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency is a must).
Ability to generate quality leads for design, development, and digital services campaigns.
Understanding of B2B lead generation and cold outreach.
Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
