B2B Lead Generation & Outreach Specialist

We are looking for someone who understands the full cycle of lead generation—from researching and building Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) to finding and qualifying leads, initiating contact, and setting meetings with our sales team.

This role is ideal for someone who:

  • Hands-on experience with B2B outreach
  • Understands the structure of ICPs and how to build lists accordingly
  • Is confident in communication, both written and verbal
  • Has used outreach tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.
  • Can be proactive in engaging leads and securing intro calls for the sales team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and define ICPs for our software development services
  • Build target lists using platforms like LinkedIn, Apollo, Clutch, etc.
  • Craft and send personalized outreach (emails, LinkedIn messages)
  • Qualify prospects based on our ICP and service fit
  • Set up and schedule meetings for our sales team
  • Maintain outreach records in CRM tools like HubSpot or Pipedrive
  • Track outreach metrics and suggest improvements

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
