Peoplefy
is looking for a
Lead Generation & Email Marketing Specialist
who will drive outbound outreach for our GCC, Engineering, Automotive, and BFSI hiring solutions. This role involves identifying high-potential prospects, building targeted email + LinkedIn outreach campaigns, and generating qualified meetings for the Sales & Client Relations team.
Key Responsibilities

Build targeted prospect lists using
LinkedIn Sales Navigator
and other research tools

Use tools like
Apollo, Lusha, ZoomInfo, RocketReach
to extract verified email IDs
-
Create, execute & optimize
multi-channel outreach sequences
(Email, LinkedIn, InMail) using
Lemlist, HubSpot
-
Collaborate with the Sales Team to define ICPs & messaging for Peoplefy’s RPO, GCC Talent Practice & Engineering hiring solutions

Write high-quality outbound emails tailored to industry (GCCs, Tech, Automotive, BFSI, Consulting)

Maintain data hygiene in CRM and track weekly campaign performance

Research companies, decision-makers & industry trends to support GTM strategy

Generate
high-quality discovery meetings
for the Sales Team

Coordinate closely with Marketing for brand alignment on campaigns

Ensure domain health, sender reputation, and deliverability best practices
Required Experience

4–5 years of experience in
Lead Generation / Outbound Sales / B2B Email Marketing

Strong exposure to
sales tools
: Lemlist, HubSpot, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Lusha

Experience creating automated sequences in email outreach tools

Experience working in
B2B sales
