Job Description

As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a lead generation system for all HRMDSP. This role requires proficiency in creating primarily automated systems while ensuring data quality through manual checks and quality assurance. The specialist will continuously manage, organize, and enrich leads, including scraping leads from different platforms such as Indeed and automating monthly database updates.

Essential Functions for the position

• Design, implement, and maintain a lead generation system for all HRMDSP services, requiring both automation and manual oversight.
• Utilize Apollo, Clay, and Airtable for ongoing lead management and organization.
• Develop and execute strategies for scraping and enriching leads from Indeed.
• Upload, manage, and tag leads in the system, categorizing them by service type.
• Automate monthly updates to the lead database while incorporating manual checks for data accuracy.
• Ensure the efficient and proper functioning of the entire lead generation system.
• Deliver daily reports on the leads and system fuctioning
• Other duties as assigned.

Competencies

• Strong writing skills in English
• Proven experience in cold calling
• Expertise in research methodologies and database maintenance.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
• Exceptional project and time management capabilities.

Educational & Experience Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in lead generation, digital marketing, or a similar role is mandatory.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience utilizing Clay, Apollo, and Airtable is required.
• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is desirable, but not mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
