Lead Generation Specialist

We are looking for a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to identify, attract, and qualify potential clients for our business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for researching target audiences, generating high-quality leads, and supporting the sales team to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential clients through various channels (LinkedIn, Google, databases, etc.)
  • Generate qualified leads using outbound strategies such as cold emailing, cold calling, and social media outreach
  • Maintain and update lead databases (CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align lead generation strategies
  • Track, analyze, and report on lead generation performance
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects
  • Qualify leads based on business needs and convert them into sales opportunities
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or a similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools and lead generation tools
  • Good understanding of B2B and/or B2C sales processes
  • Ability to research and analyze market trends
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and detail-oriented
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, email marketing, LinkedIn outreach) is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs20,000.00 - Rs25,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Lahore
