Lead Generation Specialist (Freight Brokerage)

Hiring Multiple Candidates | Morning & Night Shifts Available

Job Overview:
We are actively hiring motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialists to support our growing freight brokerage operations. This role is ideal for individuals who are confident communicators, proactive in outreach, and skilled at identifying business opportunities in the logistics and transportation industry.

You will be responsible for generating qualified leads for our sales team by reaching out to potential shippers across Canada and the United States. Your efforts will directly contribute to expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and research potential clients who require freight transportation services
• Conduct outbound outreach via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Engage with businesses to understand their shipping needs and introduce our services
• Generate and qualify leads, then pass them on to the sales team
• Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems
• Consistently meet or exceed lead generation targets
• Collaborate with the sales team to improve outreach strategies

Shift Timings:

• Morning Shift
• Night Shift (to align with North American business hours)

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of sales and lead generation processes
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in freight brokerage, logistics, or transportation sales
• Familiarity with North American shipping markets (Canada & USA)
• Candidates with an existing book of business/customers will be highly preferred
• Such candidates will be prioritized and offered additional compensation based on the value they bring
