Job Summary

We are looking for a data-driven and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to fuel our sales pipeline. Your primary focus will be market research, list building, and executing cold email campaigns to identify companies in the US, UK, and UAE that need IT Staff Augmentation and Dedicated Development Teams.

Unlike a traditional sales role, this position requires a strong ability to use research tools to find the right decision-makers (CTOs, VP of Engineering, Founders) and craft personalized outreach strategies that generate warm interest for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Research & Data Mining: Identify potential clients in target markets (FinTech, Healthcare, SaaS) who are actively hiring developers or outsourcing IT projects.
  • List Building: Build and maintain high-quality, verified contact lists of key decision-makers using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, and Lusha.
  • Email Campaign Management: Launch and manage automated cold email sequences (using tools like Lemlist, Instantly, or HubSpot) to engage prospects.
  • Data Hygiene: Ensure the CRM is updated with accurate contact details, company size, technology stack, and hiring intent.
  • Initial Outreach: Conduct the first line of communication via email or LinkedIn messaging to gauge interest before handing over to the SDR/BDM team.
  • Tech Stack Analysis: Research target companies to identify their current technology stack (e.g., checking if they use React, Python, or AWS) to ensure our pitch is relevant.
  • Reporting: Track open rates, click-through rates, and response rates to optimize campaign performance.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience: 1–2 years of experience in B2B Lead Generation, preferably in the IT/Software industry.
  • Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hunter.io, ZeroBounce, and Email Automation tools.
  • Data Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (filtering, sorting, and managing large datasets).
  • Writing Skills: Ability to write concise, professional, and catchy cold emails that get responses.
  • Tech Awareness: Understanding of basic IT roles (Frontend vs. Backend, Full Stack, Mobile Devs) to ensure accurate targeting.

Key Competencies

  • Research Skills: Being a "digital detective" to find contact info that isn't publicly available.
  • Email Deliverability: Understanding how to prevent emails from going to spam (warming up domains, avoiding spam trigger words).
  • Targeting: Ability to distinguish between a startup that needs funding vs. a scale-up that needs developers.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensuring names and company details are 100% accurate in outreach.
