Job Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Lead Generation Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about sales outreach, comfortable in a call center-style engagement, and eager to grow in a tech-driven environment.

Preferred candidate: Female, with prior experience in telesales, lead generation, or a customer-facing role.

Job Description:

  • Proactively identify and reach out to potential leads through phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
  • Qualify prospects and schedule product demos for the Sales Team.
  • Maintain and update the CRM with accurate lead data and activity tracking.
  • Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to align on target markets and outreach strategies.
  • Follow up on inbound leads and nurture prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Meet weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in lead generation, telesales, or working in a call center environment.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Urdu (both written and verbal).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and confident in engaging with new people.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
