Lead - HRBP (MEA & South Asia & Russia)

What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Lead - HR Business Partner (MEA, Russia, South Asia) who will join our team at Human Resources Directorate in Beko Corporate.

HR Strategy & Process Implementation:
  • Understand the Global and Country HR priorities and develop practical methods and project plans to support those priorities within the region.
  • Coordinate and support the deployment, implementation, and execution of core HR processes (e.g., Performance Management, Talent Review, Salary Planning) in the countries, ensuring alignment and consistency.
  • Support change management and communication initiatives related to the rollout of new HR programs, policies, and systems.
Project Management:
  • Manage and lead designated HR projects within the region from inception to completion, ensuring timely, budget-conscious, and effective execution.
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.
Total Rewards & Compensation & Benefits (C&B):
  • Collaborate closely with the global Total Rewards team to provide input on regional and country-specific C&B needs, challenges, and market trends.
  • Provide regional insights and data to inform global C&B strategies, acting as a bridge between regional needs and global policy development.
  • Support the annual compensation review process, merit increase cycles, and bonus planning within the region.
HRIS & Data Analytics:
  • Serve as a key regional super-user and champion for the HR Information System (HRIS), supporting its optimization and ensuring data integrity.
  • Leverage the HRIS and other data tools to track, analyze, and report on key HR efficiency and effectiveness metrics (e.g., headcount, turnover, time-to-fill, diversity metrics).
  • Coordinate and execute regional and global HR reporting initiatives, delivering accurate and timely people analytics to inform business decisions.
  • Identify opportunities to automate and streamline HR processes through the effective use of HRIS capabilities.
Employee Engagement & Retention:
  • Analysis & Strategy: Analyze regional engagement survey results, exit interview data, and retention metrics to identify key trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Action Planning: Partner with country HR and business leaders to develop and execute targeted action plans to address feedback and improve employee engagement, morale, and retention.
  • Program Support: Support the deployment of global retention and engagement programs (e.g., recognition platforms, career framework initiatives, mentorship programs) and tailor approaches to meet regional needs.
  • Insight Sharing: Provide strategic insights to leadership on the drivers of engagement and turnover within the region, recommending proactive solutions.

The position is located in İstanbul, Türkiye.

How do we describe a perfect match?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering ,Psychology, Sociology, Business Administration, Economics, Management Engineering, or other related fields,
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in Total Rewards or Organisational Development,
  • General knowledge of SAP HR,
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially in excel,
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
  • Having desire to excel and deliver outstanding results,
  • Collaborative mindset, capable of working effectively in a team,
  • Flexible and open to new perspectives and diversity,
