Confiz is looking for a Lead Outbound Marketing with 4+ years of experience to own and scale our outbound growth engine across priority markets and verticals. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, tooling, and revenue alignment, with a clear mandate: generate high-quality pipeline through intelligent, account-based outbound motion.
You will design, execute, and continuously optimize outbound programs across email, LinkedIn, paid intent, and AI-assisted workflows, working closely with Sales, RevOps, and regional leadership to ensure outbound is measurable, repeatable, and revenue-driven.

Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
Enterprise and mid-market GTM motions
Global / multi-region campaigns
Strong command of:
CRM systems (HubSpot and Pipedrive)
Marketing Email Automation (Apollo, Snov, Seamless, and Zoom Info)
Data Extraction (Apollo, Zoom Info, and Crunch base)
