Lead PMC Engineer

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and technically sound Lead PMC Engineer to join our PMC department in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing multidisciplinary EPC projects in the Oil & Gas sector , acting as a key interface between the client and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead PMC activities across the full project lifecycle (FEED, EPC, commissioning)
• Review and oversee engineering design, procurement strategies, and construction execution
• Ensure project execution aligns with client specifications, quality standards, and HSE compliance
• Manage interfaces between clients, EPC contractors, consultants, and internal teams
• Conduct technical reviews, risk assessments, and value engineering initiatives
• Monitor and report on project KPIs, schedules, budgets, and resource plans
• Lead progress meetings, design reviews, and stakeholder coordination
• Mentor junior PMC staff and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related field)
• 7–10 years of hands-on experience in PMC roles for Oil & Gas EPC projects
• Strong understanding of project controls, engineering design, and international codes/standards
• Proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and large-scale infrastructure projects
