About the Internship

This internship is designed as a learning-based opportunity for individuals interested in developing a strong foundation in Human Resource Management. You’ll work directly with experienced HR professionals and gain real-world exposure to various HR functions, policies, and systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment and selection activities, including job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support employee onboarding and documentation processes.
  • Help organize training and development programs and maintain training records.
  • Participate in employee engagement and welfare activities.
  • Assist with HR data management, record-keeping, and reporting.
  • Learn and apply HR policies, compliance, and labor law basics.
  • Contribute ideas to improve HR processes and employee experiences.

Qualifications

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Familiarity with MS Office or Google Workspace tools.
