Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and professional Real Estate Leasing Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and leasing residential and/or commercial properties, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and ensuring a seamless leasing experience from inquiry to contract signing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inquiries from potential tenants and schedule property viewings.
• Present and promote available properties to clients through calls, meetings, and site visits.
• Negotiate leasing terms and conditions between tenants and property owners.
• Prepare and process lease agreements and other related documentation.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the local real estate market, property trends, and pricing.
• Build and maintain a database of leads, tenants, and property owners.
• Ensure all properties are well-presented, clean, and ready for viewing.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote properties through online platforms and social media.
• Provide regular feedback to management on market conditions and client preferences.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Leasing Agent or Real Estate Agent (UAE experience preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Presentable, professional, and customer-service oriented.
• Knowledge of real estate laws, leasing documentation, and market trends.
• Ability to work independently and meet monthly leasing targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office and real estate CRM software.
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
