Legal Advisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal guidance on corporate, contractual, and regulatory matters
• Draft, review, and negotiate agreements, MOUs, and other legal documents
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SECP regulations, and applicable laws
• Advise management on risk mitigation, mergers, acquisitions, and corporate governance
• Represent the company in legal proceedings and coordinate with external counsel when required
• Keep the company updated with changes in laws and regulations affecting operations
• Support senior management in policy formulation and dispute resolution

Requirements:

• LLM in Corporate or Commercial Law
• 2–3 years of relevant corporate legal experience
• Strong understanding of Pakistani and English corporate, labor, and contract laws
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and advisory skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously

Experience with any reputable firm/organization in Pakistan

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
