Role

This position will provide comprehensive support to senior fee earners within a busy Abu Dhabi practice. The role demands strong organisational capability, proactive diary and matter management, and close liaison with clients and internal stakeholders. You will operate in a fast-paced, professional environment where accuracy, discretion and initiative are highly valued.

Candidate Requirements

• Fluent in English and Arabic
• Fast, accurate typing skills with the ability to manage large documents efficiently
• Experience with digital dictation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and InterAction
• Strong diary management and travel coordination experience
• Exposure to billing processes, drafting narratives and client correspondence
• Experience supporting matter management including file opening/closing and WIP updates
• High level of attention to detail
• Ability to prioritise effectively and meet tight deadlines
• Professional and confident telephone manner
• Proactive, adaptable and calm under pressure
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills
