About the Position:

Legal Representative - Irvine, CA (In-office position)

Monitors accounts approved for legal action. In addition to the expectation that you adhere to your department's attendance policy, duties include but are not limited to the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Reviews new accounts approved for legal action.
• Assigns an attorney to proceed with legal action.
• Monitor the attorney during the suit process.
• Track and monitor accounts through the entire legal process to protect CPS' interest on the loan and to insure disbursements and payments are being received.
• Maintains a high degree of confidentiality with all information handled.
• Maintain a professional and customer-friendly manner with each account. Display a willingness to take direction, work cooperatively with management and co-workers, and project a positive demeanor.
