Licensed Pharmacist

About the Role:
We are seeking a MOHAP-licensed Pharmacist to join our Dubai office. The ideal candidate will not only handle pharmaceutical responsibilities but also manage logistics, shipment approvals, documentation, warehousing, and compliance records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with MOHAP regulations and maintain valid licensing.
• Handle all pharmaceutical documentation, shipment approvals, and related paperwork.
• Manage logistics and warehousing operations, including inventory and records management.
• Coordinate with suppliers, distributors, and government authorities for import/export documentation.
• Maintain accurate and organized records for audits and inspections.
• Support management in ensuring smooth operations of the pharmaceutical supply chain.

Requirements:

• Valid MOHAP Pharmacist License (mandatory).
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical operations or logistics within the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of MOHAP, DHA, and UAE regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle documentation and approvals efficiently and accurately.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
