Limousine Fleet Supervisor

Job Overview:

genzlimousine is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Fleet and Driver Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of its luxury vehicle fleet and chauffeur team. This role is pivotal in ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and premium customer service delivery across all limousine services.

Key Responsibilities: Fleet Operations & Maintenance

• Supervise daily vehicle dispatch and scheduling to ensure timely service for bookings (airport transfers, hotel pickups, corporate events).
• Monitor fleet utilization and optimize vehicle allocation to maximize efficiency and revenue.
• Oversee preventive maintenance schedules and coordinate repairs with approved service centers.
• Ensure all vehicles meet RTA standards for safety, cleanliness, and luxury presentation.

Driver Supervision & Performance

• Manage driver rosters, shift planning, attendance, and leave schedules.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations, safety briefings, and customer service training.
• Enforce grooming standards, uniform compliance, and professional conduct.
• Address driver grievances and resolve operational issues promptly.

Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure all vehicles and drivers are compliant with RTA licensing, insurance, and registration requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle inspections, driver certifications, and incident reports.
• Liaise with government authorities (RTA, Dubai Police) for permits, renewals, and audits.

Customer Service & Quality Assurance

• Monitor service quality and chauffeur etiquette to ensure a luxury-standard guest experience.
• Handle client feedback and complaints with professionalism and urgency.
• Collaborate with hotel concierges, corporate clients, and event planners to ensure seamless service delivery.

Reporting & Cost Control

• Track fuel consumption, maintenance costs, and toll expenses (Salik).
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on fleet performance, driver KPIs, and operational metrics.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend process improvements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in fleet supervision, preferably in the limousine or luxury transport sector.
• Valid UAE driving license with a clean record.
• Strong knowledge of RTA regulations and fleet management systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and GPS/dispatching software.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is a plus.
