Line Cook

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of Continental dishes, including pizzas, breakfast items, and specialty dishes, with a focus on quality and presentation.
• Follow recipes, portion controls, and plating guidelines to ensure high standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist with menu development and specials to provide guests with innovative, exciting dining options.
• Collaborate with the Kitchen Supervisor and other staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Cook specializing in Continental cuisine (minimum 3 years preferred).
• Culinary certification or relevant culinary education is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and handle pressure.
• Strong knowledge of food handling and sanitation standards.
• Passionate about cooking with a keen eye for detail.

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
