Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire kitchen operation, ensuring quality and consistency in food preparation.
• Develop and create innovative menus that align with customer preferences and trends.
• Supervise and lead a team of kitchen staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
• Manage inventory, control costs, and ensure compliance with food safety standards.
• Collaborate with procurement to source high-quality ingredients from reliable suppliers.
• Create and maintain a positive and efficient kitchen environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a high-volume kitchen.
