About the Role:
We’re seeking a top-notch LinkedIn Appointment Setter who thrives on leveraging LinkedIn to build relationships and fill our sales pipeline. In this role, you will:

  • Source & Connect: Identify decision-makers and engage prospects using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, InMail, connection requests, and post engagement.
  • Message & Nurture: Craft tailored outreach sequences—combining personalized connection requests, follow-up messages, and value-add content—to drive response rates.
  • Qualify & Schedule: Conduct brief discovery conversations via LinkedIn or phone to uncover needs, qualify leads, and secure meetings for our Account Executives.
  • Track & Report: Maintain accurate records of all activities and outcomes in HubSpot, analyze outreach performance, and iterate on messaging to optimize results.

What We’re Looking For:

  • LinkedIn Expertise: Minimum 1 year of direct experience in LinkedIn outreach, appointment setting, or SDR roles in a B2B environment.
  • High-Volume Outreach: Proven ability to execute at least 100 touches per day across connection requests, InMails, and follow-ups—and consistently hit KPIs.
  • Strong Communicator: Exceptional written communication skills with a knack for crafting messages that resonate with busy executives.
  • Tech & CRM Savvy: Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM platforms (HubSpot experience is a strong plus). Bonus points for prior experience in tech, SaaS, or related industries.
