Job Overview

We are looking for a LinkedIn Lead Generation Specialist to identify, connect, and engage with potential clients through LinkedIn.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building a strong pipeline of qualified leads for our packaging and printing services by targeting international markets.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Outreach

• Identify and target potential clients (eCommerce brands, Amazon sellers, retail businesses)
• Use LinkedIn search and tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator to generate leads
• Send personalized connection requests and messages
• Build and maintain a daily outreach pipeline

Client Engagement

• Initiate conversations with decision-makers (Founders, Managers, Procurement teams)
• Follow structured message sequences to nurture leads
• Maintain professional and engaging communication

Content & Profile Management

• Assist in optimizing LinkedIn profiles and company pages
• Coordinate with the marketing team to post relevant content (case studies, packaging samples, etc.)

Lead Qualification

• Understand client requirements and qualify leads
• Forward high-quality leads to the sales team for conversion

Tracking & Reporting

• Maintain records of leads, responses, and conversions
• Provide daily/weekly reports on performance metrics

RequirementsExperience

• 1–2 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or LinkedIn outreach
• Experience working with international clients (UK/USA) is a plus

Skills

• Strong written English communication
• Ability to personalize outreach messages (NO copy-paste spamming)
• Understanding of B2B sales processes
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools or Excel
