LinkedIn Manager

LinkedIn Manager = generating qualified leads, building relationships, and supporting the sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and connect with potential clients on LinkedIn (search, groups, InMail, content engagement).
  • Nurture conversations, qualify prospects, and book discovery or sales meetings for the senior team.
  • Maintain a clean and up-to-date CRM with all LinkedIn activities, leads, and next steps.
  • Collaborate with marketing to use content (posts, messages, newsletters) that attracts the right decision-makers.
  • Monitor competitor activity and LinkedIn market trends to identify new opportunities.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or business development (LinkedIn experience is a strong plus).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, confident in professional outreach and follow-up.
  • Comfortable working with targets (number of contacts, meetings booked, and qualified opportunities).
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Nice to have (optional)

  • Experience selling digital services, software, or marketing solutions.
  • Understanding of social selling and LinkedIn content strategies.
