Salary: PKR 125,000 – 150,000

Are you passionate about Linux systems, server management, and providing top-notch technical support? We're looking for an experienced and dedicated Linux Support Specialist – Level 1 to join our team in Lahore.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage & monitor Linux and Windows Servers along with all system alarms/alerts.
• Work with APIs and system integrations.
• Handle VAS nodes such as SMSC, SMS Gateway, USSD, MMS, SMPP, etc.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of SMS NOC for customers/vendors.
• Perform trace capturing, troubleshooting, and assist in building dashboards/solutions.
• Prepare detailed technical reports identifying root causes of issues.
• Work in rotating shifts with call-out responsibilities.
• Execute service configuration and activation as per provisioning plans.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5–6 years of relevant experience in IT/Telecom/Mobile Networks.
• Hands-on experience with programming languages: .NET, PHP, Python.
• Strong knowledge of MySQL, MS SQL Server databases.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Must have experience working on International Campaigns.
