Job Description – Listing Agent

Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Listing Agent to join our real estate team. The Listing Agent will be responsible for representing sellers, managing property listings, and ensuring maximum market exposure to achieve the best possible sales outcomes. The role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist property owners in listing, marketing, and selling their properties.
  • Conduct property evaluations and provide comparative market analyses (CMA) to determine competitive listing prices.
  • Prepare and stage homes to attract potential buyers.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies, including online listings, social media campaigns, open houses, and advertising.
  • Coordinate professional photography, videography, and virtual tours of properties.
  • Maintain updated and accurate information on MLS and other real estate platforms.
  • Handle inquiries, schedule showings, and provide property details to prospective buyers and agents.
  • Advise clients on market conditions, pricing strategies, and negotiations.
  • Facilitate communication between sellers and buyers’ agents throughout the transaction.
  • Prepare, review, and manage all listing agreements, disclosures, and required documentation.
  • Stay updated with current real estate market trends, laws, and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent, preferably with listing experience.
  • Strong knowledge of local property market and trends.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple listings and clients simultaneously.
  • Tech-savvy with knowledge of CRM systems, MLS, and digital marketing tools.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly organized.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in real estate marketing strategies (online and offline).
  • Strong network of industry contacts and buyers’ agents.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality customer service and build long-term client relationships.

Work Environment:

  • Office-based with fieldwork for property visits, client meetings, and open houses.
  • Flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
