Job Description – Listing Agent

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Listing Agent to join our real estate team. The Listing Agent will be responsible for managing property listings, building strong client relationships, and ensuring properties are marketed effectively to achieve quick and profitable sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with property owners to discuss and evaluate listing opportunities.
• Advise clients on market conditions, pricing strategies, and staging recommendations.
• Prepare and present listing agreements, contracts, and required documentation.
• Coordinate professional photography, staging, and marketing materials for listings.
• Market properties through multiple channels, including MLS, online platforms, social media, and open houses.
• Respond to inquiries from potential buyers and buyer agents in a timely and professional manner.
• Negotiate offers on behalf of sellers to achieve the best possible terms.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates throughout the sales process.
• Ensure all transactions comply with legal requirements, company policies, and ethical standards.
• Keep up-to-date with real estate market trends, local area knowledge, and competitor activity.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a real estate agent, preferably with a focus on listings.
• Strong knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, MLS platforms, and online marketing tools.
