Plan, manage, and coordinate all logistics operations, including export/import shipments.


Prepare shipment documents , such as Proforma Invoice, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of origin , Insurance , Bill of Lading including Switch BL.


Providing regular shipment updates to the customer regarding Estimated Time of Departure (ETD) and Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA)


Ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations.


Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to ensure smooth operational flow.


Negotiate contracts with logistics providers and carriers.


Maintain accurate accounts and prepare regular reports.


Monitor supply chain performance and make recommendations for improvements.
