Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics & Cold Store Coordinator to join our team in Sharjah. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day logistics operations, cold store management, and ensuring smooth flow of goods while maintaining compliance with company standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics operations, including transportation scheduling and documentation.
• Oversee daily operations of the cold store, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Monitor temperature control systems to ensure proper storage conditions.
• Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular inventory checks.
• Liaise with transporters, suppliers, and customers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Ensure all logistics and cold store activities comply with health, safety, and quality standards.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on inventory, shipments, and cold store performance.
• Assist in resolving delivery or storage issues efficiently and promptly.
• Support the logistics manager in optimizing routes, reducing costs, and improving efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in logistics coordination and cold store operations.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and cold storage handling.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Familiarity with UAE logistics and cold chain standards is a plus.
