Female Logistic Coordinator: -

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Female Logistics Coordinator to manage the end-to-end order placement and delivery process of gold items. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of experience in logistics or order fulfillment, preferably from fast-paced environments like Noon, Amazon, or Talabat. You will be responsible for coordinating orders, tracking deliveries, handling documentation, and ensuring timely and secure transportation of high-value products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage customer orders for gold products via internal systems.
• Liaise with sales and procurement teams to confirm order details and timelines.
• Schedule and track shipments to ensure timely and secure delivery.
• Ensure all deliveries comply with internal protocols and security guidelines.
• Prepare and verify shipment documentation including invoices, delivery notes, and compliance forms.
• Maintain accurate records of dispatches and deliveries.
• Provide real-time updates to customers and internal teams on order status.
• Report any delays or discrepancies and resolve them swiftly.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in logistics or order fulfillment — preferably at Noon, Amazon, Talaat, or similar companies.
• Fluent in Tagalog , English
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive, high-value goods.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
