Shift timings : 6:30 pm - 3:30 am

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Logistics Manager to oversee and optimize the end-to-end supply chain operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing logistics strategies, coordinating with suppliers, warehouses, and transport partners, and ensuring cost-effective, timely, and compliant delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage logistics strategies to ensure efficiency and cost optimization.
• Oversee inbound and outbound shipments, warehousing, and distribution processes.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams for smooth order fulfillment.
• Ensure compliance with international trade laws, customs regulations, and company policies.
• Monitor KPIs, analyze logistics data, and prepare performance reports.
• Handle escalations, resolve shipment delays, and maintain service quality.
• Identify process improvements and implement best practices in supply chain management.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations management.
• Strong knowledge of international shipping, customs regulations, and freight forwarding.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
