What You Will Do

• Manage and oversee daily logistics operations ensuring timely and efficient processes
• Develop and implement logistics strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives
• Coordinate with the logistics and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery and receipt of materials and equipment from international and local suppliers
• Supervise and lead the logistics team promoting professional growth and development
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory guidelines in logistics operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support seamless supply chain integration
• Resolve any issues related to shipping, delivery, or logistics operations efficiently
• Negotiate contracts with carriers and third-party logistics service providers
• Implement technology solutions to enhance logistics efficiency and data accuracy
• Prepare and present operational reports for senior management and stakeholders
• Establish emergency recovery plans to ensure business continuity in logistics

Who You Are

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field
• Proven experience in a managerial logistics role with a track record of success
• Strong understanding of logistics software and emerging industry technologies
• Strong leadership and team management skills with a hands-on approach
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities in dynamic environments
• Outstanding communication skills for effective collaboration and negotiation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
