Logistics Manager(E-commerce)

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategically plan, manage, and oversee logistics, transportation, and customer service operations.
• Handle e-commerce shipments efficiently, ensuring smooth execution of all logistics processes.
• Manage the full order cycle: LR creation, route planning, shipment arrangement, and last-mile delivery.
• Analyze courier MIS reports and take corrective or preventive actions as required.
• Coordinate and negotiate with suppliers, dealers, and customers to ensure timely and cost-efficient operations.
• Handle logistics-related issues, complaints, or escalations promptly.
• Track, evaluate, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs); drive improvements based on data analysis.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Logistics Manager or in a similar role, with exposure to e-commerce logistics.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end logistics processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret MIS reports and act effectively.
• Strong negotiation and coordination skills with suppliers, partners, and customers.
• (Preferred) Experience in handling insurance claims for shipments.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
