Logistics & Pet relocation Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and empathetic Logistics & Pet Relocation Specialist to manage the movement of products and coordinate seamless pet relocations both domestic and international. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in English, a strong logistical mindset, and prior experience in pet relocation services.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all aspects of pet transportation, including documentation, permits, and carrier bookings
• Liaise with airlines, pet parents, and relocation partners to ensure safe, timely delivery
• Oversee general product logistics and inventory movements across regions
• Ensure compliance with national and international pet travel regulations
• Provide clear, compassionate support to pet parents throughout the relocation process
• Maintain detailed records and tracking systems for all shipments and relocations

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics or pet relocation
• Excellent verbal and written English communication
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Must be an animal lover with a calm, professional approach to handling pets and their relocation needs.
• Familiarity with pet travel protocols and customs regulations is a major plus
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
