Job Overview:

The Logistics Supervisor – Exports will oversee and coordinate the end-to-end export logistics operations of frozen food products, ensuring efficient shipment planning, compliance with international trade regulations, and maintenance of cold chain integrity. The role requires strong knowledge of export documentation, coordination with freight forwarders, and experience in handling frozen/chilled food shipments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily export logistics activities for frozen food shipments.
• Plan and monitor shipment schedules to meet customer delivery timelines.
• Ensure cold chain integrity during handling, storage, and transportation of frozen products.
• Prepare and verify all export documentation (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, Health Certificates, etc.).
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and inspection agencies.
• Ensure compliance with international trade laws, customs regulations, and food export requirements.
• Monitor export costs, negotiate with service providers, and optimize logistics expenses.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, stock movements, and export reports.
• Resolve shipment discrepancies, delays, or claims efficiently.
• Supervise logistics staff and ensure adherence to company policies and safety standards.
• Support internal and external audits related to export operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in export logistics, preferably in frozen foods / FMCG industry.
• Strong knowledge of export documentation, cold chain logistics, and UAE/international customs regulations.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple shipments simultaneously.
• Good leadership and team coordination abilities.

Preferred:

• Prior experience in handling frozen/chilled exports to GCC, Asia, or Europe.
• Familiarity with Incoterms and international shipping procedures.
• Multilingual abilities (English required; Arabic/Hindi/Tagalog an advantage).

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
