Provide top-tier customer service by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting sales efforts to ensure a seamless moving experience.
Shift : US/Night Shift

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with movers and customers through phone, text, and email to manage scheduling, follow-ups, and overall logistical operations.
- Develop and monitor project schedules and timelines to ensure that all moves are executed in accordance with established requirements, deadlines, and milestones.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned relocation projects, providing responsive support and escalating issues when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
- Develop rapport with customers to encourage positive Google and industry reviews
- Cultivate and maintain effective working relationships with movers and project stakeholders to promote seamless coordination and execution.
- Conduct initial video presentation to evaluate and pre-screen potential crew members in alignment with company standards and project needs.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a high level of professionalism.
- Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
- Customer service experience preferred

Pay: From ₹216,000.00 per year
