Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Luxury Property Advisor to join our elite team. This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of the luxury real estate market, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to guide high-net-worth clients through complex property transactions. You will act as a trusted advisor, delivering tailored recommendations and ensuring a seamless experience from initial consultation to closing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent and sell premium residential and commercial properties in Abu Dhabi
  • Provide personalized consultations to affluent clients and investors
  • Conduct private viewings, property tours, and high-level negotiations
  • Stay informed on market trends, luxury developments, and buyer preferences
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, developers, and partners
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing, legal, and financial processes
  • Ensure all transactions comply with UAE property laws and company standards

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury real estate sales or advisory
  • Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi luxury property market
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Fluency in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or Mandarin are highly desirable
  • Professional appearance and a client-first approach
  • Ability to work independently and meet high-performance targets
  • UAE driving license preferred
