Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and polished Luxury Property Specialist to join our elite team. This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of the high-end real estate market, exceptional client service skills, and a proven ability to close premium property deals. You will serve as a trusted advisor to affluent clients, guiding them through every stage of the property acquisition or sale process.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent and sell luxury residential and commercial properties across Abu Dhabi
• Provide tailored property consultations to high-net-worth individuals and investors
• Conduct private viewings, presentations, and negotiations with discretion and professionalism
• Stay informed on market trends, premium developments, and buyer preferences
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, developers, and industry partners
• Collaborate with marketing and legal teams to support high-value transactions
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and property portfolios

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury real estate sales
• Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi luxury property market and buyer demographics
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Fluency in English; additional languages such as Russian, Arabic, or Mandarin are highly desirable
• Professional demeanor and a client-first approach
• Ability to work independently and meet high-performance targets
• UAE driving license preferred
