Role Overview

As a Luxury Real Estate Agent, you will work with high‑net‑worth individuals, investors, and international clients seeking exceptional properties. You’ll deliver a white‑glove experience, provide expert market insights, and manage high‑value transactions with professionalism and discretion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent and promote luxury properties across Abu Dhabi’s most exclusive communities.
  • Build and manage a portfolio of high‑net‑worth clients and investors.
  • Conduct premium property tours, private viewings, and investment consultations.
  • Provide expert advice on market trends, pricing, ROI, and luxury lifestyle offerings.
  • Negotiate high‑value deals with professionalism, accuracy, and confidentiality.
  • Maintain strong relationships with developers, partners, and VIP clients.
  • Ensure exceptional client service aligned with luxury market expectations.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and follow company sales processes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in luxury real estate sales or high‑end client services.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build trust with high‑net‑worth individuals and international clients.
  • Professional appearance, polished communication style, and strong business etiquette.
  • High level of motivation, discipline, and goal orientation.
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a car.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (Russian, Mandarin, Arabic, French) are a strong advantage.
  • Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi luxury real estate market is preferred.
