Machine Operator (Glass Tempering Machine)

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Glass Tempering Machine Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating glass tempering machines, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor glass tempering machines safely and efficiently
• Load and unload glass sheets according to production requirements
• Inspect glass for defects before and after tempering
• Adjust machine settings based on glass thickness, size, and required specifications
• Maintain production records and ensure quality standards are met
• Perform routine maintenance and report any mechanical issues
• Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean workspace

Requirements

• Prior experience operating a glass tempering machine (preferred)
• Understanding of glass types, thickness, and tempering processes
• Ability to read and follow technical instructions
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Physically fit and able to handle glass sheets safely
• Minimum qualification FA and Electrical Diploma
